This delicious mouth watering dish is very easy to make. The name sounds too complicated but it’s really easy to make.
1. Cut boneless chicken into small pieces. Sprinkle corn flour, black pepper, soy sauce, Siracha sauce, green chili paste,egg, salt and marinate the above for one hour.
2. Now make the Manchurian sauce. Fresh ginger, garlic, soy sauce and any Manchurian Sauce ( I prefer Chings from Patel Brothers) from Desi store. Cook the above and add some ketchup. Now the sauce is ready. The sauce is the key as it’s the base for this dish.
3. Shallow fry the marinated chicken. Now fry some onions and bell pepper keep it aside
4. Now mix the Manchurian sauce with chicken. Garnish with finely cut green onions and coriander leaves.
Mouth watering chicken Manchurian will be ready in 20 mts. Enjoy it with fried rice or Chappathi. You can do the same with Gobi for Gobi Manchurian.
